How do I package my letters? Enclose your
letters in a larger envelope with the correct postage on each envelope, order
form and fees. If a letter exceeds 1oz. you need to include
additional postage for us to remail.
Currency: Payment is in US currency. Frequent
mailers can request to set up a prepaid account that allows
the fees to be deducted each time you remail.
Postage: Make sure you place the correct postage
on the envelope to be remailed or enclose an additional amount
for the postage. If a letter is over 1oz. add additional postage
for us to send to the remail destination. Orders from foreign
countries must include extra for USA postage. Currently the
post office charges 60 cents per ounce and 24 cents for each
additional ounce remailed from the USA. If your item is not considered a letter, bubble wrapped, over 1/4" thick it needs to be shipped as a package. See "Services" for charges.
Truly Anonymous: We do not keep track of who
mailed the letter, the remail location and the destination.
Once a letter is remailed all materials are shredded.
Tracking: Due to being anonymous we can not
track your remail but by purchasing the post card option. A
post card will be sent to you when your letter is remailed
from your selected remail location. In this case we need to
have YOUR address to send the post card to.
Verification: Select the post card option. A
post card is mailed from your selected remail location directly
to you.
How long does it take? Best estimate, include
the time to mail the letters to us, we resend them to your selected
remail location and the time it takes to arrive at its destination.
Contacting you: We usually do not need to contact
you. BUT we have experienced a few problems, the fee was not
enclosed, the remail location was not completed or we couldn't
read your writing. Since it is anonymous we can not contact you
unless you specify the contact information or have a pre-paid
account. Remember! We shred all materials once your letters
have been remailed.
Special Post Marks: You must send your remails to us for a special postmark at least 10 days in advance of the event.
Pre-paid orders: Contact us for directions on how to establish a pre-paid account via PayPal.
Forgotten password for viewing your mail on-line: If you have the option of viewing your mail on line, open your account and select "Forgot Password".
